DRAFT FOR REVIEW

Terms

This page outlines how I approach projects at Spicy Systems Book Studio. The written agreement for your project sets out the final scope and terms before work begins.

Project Scope

Every project is agreed individually. Your agreement confirms the deliverables, format, timeline, responsibilities, and any optional work. Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not begin production.

Reviews and Revisions

Two consolidated rounds of revisions are included for each agreed deliverable: the cover, interior, and any written content. Send one combined list of changes per round. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed before extra work begins.

Your Content and Publishing Account

Please provide only content and reference materials you have permission to use. You publish through your own KDP account and remain responsible for your listing, account, and publishing decisions.

Confidentiality

Your book idea stays yours. I don’t share or reuse client concepts, and I only show finished work with your written permission.

AI and Rights

AI use and permitted uses of the final work should be addressed in the project agreement. See the AI Disclosure page for more information.

Results

I do not guarantee sales, rankings, income, or acceptance by a publishing platform. Marketing and Amazon advertising are not included.
